General Policies

By purchasing products from Inca Fashions Wholesale you agree to the following terms and conditions:

We will ship In Stock merchandise within 2 to 3 days from the date of order and will ship Special Order merchandise within 6 to 10 weeks from the date of order. Should something be out of stock or needs to be Special Ordered, we will notify the shopper to see if the shopper is willing to wait the time required for delivery. Sales will be billed at the time of order. Special orders are non-returnable.

Orders shipped to countries other than the USA will be shipped United States Postal Service Priority, or equal regardless of the method chosen and billed for actual shipping charges, plus the additional shipping fee to cover customs paperwork. Longer shipping times may apply.

Any and all customs charges are the responsibility of the buyer and any charges of duty, customs, brokerage or other fees associated with an international order shall be charged separately, by the shipping company. If we are notified by the shipping company of a failure to pay duty and customs fees by the purchaser, and are charged back for the fees, please be aware that it shall result in a charge of your credit card for the full amount due, plus an additional $25.00. This is a non refundable charge. Receipt and supporting paperwork will be provided. This applies to duties and custom fees on all goods imported to another country, regardless of return.

Shipping methods listed are for the continental 48 states only. Additional charges and extended delivery times apply to all orders shipped to countries other than the USA, or to Alaska and Hawaii.

Please double check both billing and ship to addresses prior to check out. We ship to the address exactly as provided which will show on your order confirmation. We are happy to make changes to your shipping or billing address PRIOR to shipping. Once items have shipped a $15.00 change of address fee will apply. This fee covers the cost passed onto us by our shipping providers. Changes will be made following payment for change of address. 

Express Shipping from Dec 15th - Dec 24th is not guaranteed by Fed Ex or UPS. Delivery failure will not be the responsibility of Inca Fashions should they not deliver in the time specified. Refunds for shipping, due to missed delivery dates or weather will not be issued. Any issue with shipping should be addressed with the carrier.

Restocking charges Items returned without an RMA# are subject to a 25% restocking fee. Please contact us for an RMA# for any return.

All items shipped to a CA address are subject to a 8.975% sales tax. All items shipped to a PA address are subject to a 7% sales tax unless a wholesale sales tax certificate is on file.

Minimum Order Amount

Please note that we have a $100.00 minimum order requirement.

Please note that we accept Discover,  Mastercard,  Visa ONLY. American Express is not an approved form of payment on this site due to the fees associated with the merchant services provider.

Return Policies

Returns - Only damaged goods will be considered for return on Wholesale Orders. Returns based on color selection or size will not be accepted. All tags must be on items, in original condition and returned in the same manner as sold. Fees may apply if tags are defaced in anyway
including the marking a selling price. Items must be unworn.

Claims - Claims must be made within 7 days of receipt of merchandise and be authorized. Claims once authorized will be for credit, not cash. No returns will be accepted without obtaining an RMA number. Please call 510-868-9337 to obtain number and return shipping address. Returns submitted without RMA number will be refused and returned to shipper at shipper’s expense or charged a 25% restocking fee regardless of item condition.

All damaged items must be received at our warehouse prior to a credit being issued. Items found to contain manufacturing errors will be replaced.

Items shipped in error / omission – Should an item be shipped in error, either by size or style, or omitted, simply notify us and we will make arrangements to get you the correct items. Should an item be omitted, please let us know, we will get it right out to you. Either case, shipping will
be at our expense. No credits will be issued.

No items will be authorized for return after 7 Days of reseller possession.
There are no returns of sale items, close out or special orders.
